Omran Hamad al-Kuwari

Omran Hamad Al-Kuwari, PhD, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Foundation International and holds the position of Executive Director - Vice Chairperson and CEO Office at Qatar Foundation. Additionally, Omran Al-Kuwari is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and acts as a Strategic Advisor for Parkway Venture Capital LLC. Al-Kuwari is also a member of the Advisory Board at Persefoni. In academia, Omran Al-Kuwari was a Doctoral Researcher at the UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources, completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Energy & Sustainable Resources from UCL in April 2023, and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from City, University of London, earned in 2009.
