Greg Seher has a diverse work experience in the utility and planning sectors. Greg began their career as an Administrative Analyst at the Atlantic County Department of Regional Planning & Development from July 2004 to March 2006. Greg then joined the Atlantic County Utilities Authority, where they held various positions. Greg started as a Project Analyst from April 2006 to April 2015, followed by a promotion to Senior Analyst from May 2015 to November 2021. Greg's most recent roles at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority include Maintenance Resource Coordinator since October 2021 and Director of Solid Waste Operations starting in April 2023.

Greg Seher attended Saint Joseph's University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science. Greg then pursued further education at Stockton University from 2010 to 2016, completing a Professional Science Master's degree in Environmental Science. In 2014, they briefly attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for the Water & Wastewater Executive Leadership Center program. Additionally, Greg obtained the Manager of Landfill Operations (MOLO) certification from The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) in November 2018.
