Philip Rosen

Philip Rosen is an experienced technology and operations executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief of Operations Officer-Director at ICA Engineering, LLC since August 2011. In addition, Philip Rosen contributes to the community as a Board Member on the Board of Directors at Atlantic Federal Credit Union since May 2021. Previous experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at Computer Systems Analysis, LLC from 1998 to 2009. Philip Rosen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, obtained between 2020 and 2023, and a Bachelor's degree from New York University.
