David Kirkham

David Kirkham is an experienced professional in the lumber and real estate industries, currently serving as President of Fairway Lumber Co. Inc. since April 2021 and simultaneously holding the position of Import Panels Purchasing Manager/Sales at Atlantic Forest Products since 2012. Kirkham's background includes a successful tenure as a Licensed Sales Representative at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty, where recognition was received for achieving the fastest transaction in the firm's top office. As Vice President at Futter Lumber Corp from 1999 to 2009, an impressive shift was made to national wholesaling, generating an additional $40 million in sales within two years. Prior experience includes managing the US subsidiary of West Fraser Forest Products from 1991 to 1999. David Kirkham holds a BS in Management, Marketing from Long Island University and completed training at the New York State Real Estate Institute in 2012.
