Currently serving as the HR Manager for Greater China and North China at Atlantic Forwarding Group since September 2019, Karen has previously held roles such as HR Manager for China at Auchan and HR Business Partner for R&D/Consulting/Corp Functions at eBaoTech Corporation. With over a decade at Ericsson, Karen progressed from HR Project Manager to Sr. HR Officer. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant to the National Sales Director at Sanofi-aventis. Karen holds an EMBA from Nankai University and a degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
