Emma Gong

Emma Gong is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for Greater China at JetBrains since June 2021, where responsibilities include establishing HR infrastructure for the China entity. Previously held positions include HR Manager for the Greater China Area at TaylorMade Golf Company, and HR Manager at Sigma Designs, where HR planning and project execution were key tasks. Emma started the HR career as an HR Consultant at Siemens, after gaining foundational experience at BSH Home Appliances Group and Extron Electronics.
