Iryna Sweere

Iryna Sweere (Ranenko) is a Senior Communications Expert at EU4PAR, where they support public administration reform in Ukraine. Previously, they held positions as Managing Director and Executive Director at Pleon Talan, leading one of Ukraine's largest public relations agencies. Their experience also includes roles as Head of Communications at Tuplex Ukraine and Head of International Cooperation at PRT Communication Group. Iryna has an educational background that includes a Master’s in Political Marketing and Communications from the Rome Business School and a Master’s in Auditing from Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University.
