Annelise Catanzaro

Annelise Catanzaro, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Physician Recruitment and Onboarding at Atlantic Health System, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Annelise held various leadership positions in physician recruitment, including Director of Physician Recruitment at RWJBarnabas Health, where significant advancements were made in recruitment strategy and clinical program development across multiple facilities. Annelise has also worked as Manager of Physician Development at Vertical Health, where successful marketing initiatives were established for healthcare clients, and held earlier roles including Director of Physician Services at InRomeNow and an internship at MWW Group. Annelise earned an MBA from Rutgers Business School, concentrating in Finance, following a bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey.
