Courtney Franks, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce management. Currently serving as a Workforce Experience Partner at Atlantic Health System, Courtney has previously contributed to CareWell Health as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Associate, managing recruitment processes and strategic staffing initiatives.
