Heather Imperato-Shedden

Heather Imperato-Shedden is an experienced social work professional with a focus on clinical settings, currently serving as the Co-chair for the Social Work Professional Advancement Clinical Track at Atlantic Health System since July 2017. In this role, Heather has co-developed the first Social Work PACT program to promote the recognition and advancement of social workers. Heather's extensive background includes program management for ICU support teams, bereavement counseling at JFK Health, and various social work roles in hospital settings. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Kean University and a Bachelor's Degree in Film Production and English from Hunter College.
