John Erickson

John Erickson is a skilled orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgeon currently serving at Atlantic Health System since September 2018 and holding the title of Board Certified Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon at Overlook Hospital. In August 2022, John founded EXROC, aimed at enhancing patient outcomes through accessible Mixed Reality technology for orthopedic surgeons. With an extensive background in advanced surgical training, John completed fellowships in shoulder and elbow surgery under Peter Poon, as well as in shoulder surgery with renowned experts such as Gilles Walch and Arnaud Godeneche. Additional training includes a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at NYU, alongside residency in orthopedic surgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and medical education at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. John also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.
