Kimberly Lewis

Kimberly Lewis currently serves as a Lean Change Agent for Process Improvement at Atlantic Health System since February 2024. Previously, Kimberly held several positions at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, including Performance Improvement Coordinator, Office Assistant, and COVID-19 Intern, where responsibilities included collaborating with various stakeholders, leading initiatives related to hand hygiene during the pandemic, and presenting at quality meetings. Prior experience includes a role at Wild & Hearty, managing customer interactions and food preparation, and serving as a Track Summer Camp Counselor at River Dell Regional High School, focusing on athlete development and team bonding. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Communications from The College of New Jersey.
