Lauren Manning

Lauren Manning, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with diverse experience in various therapeutic and social work settings. Currently serving as a psychotherapist at Strength in Practice, LLC since July 2022 and as a hospice social worker at Atlantic Health System since August 2020, Lauren has previously held roles including per diem intensive in-community therapist at PerformCare® and director of social services in a subacute/skilled nursing facility. Other past positions include renal social worker at DaVita Kidney Care and licensed social worker at Lincoln Park Care Center. Lauren's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social Work from Kean University and a B.A. in Sociology and Business from Montclair State University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
