Sharon McDonnell

Sharon McDonnell has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management at Atlantic Health System since October 2007, where prior responsibilities included the role of Budget Manager. Previous positions include Accounting Controller at Wayne General Hospital from 1992 to 1998, overseeing General Accounts, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Financial Statements. Earlier, Sharon McDonnell worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1989 to 1992. Education was completed at Providence College, where a Bachelor's degree in Accounting was earned in 1989.
