Steven Sheris

Steven Sheris, M.D., FACC, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Physician Executive at Atlantic Health System, where leadership includes the transformation of a large multi-specialty group and driving value and patient-centered care. Additionally, Steven holds the title of President of Atlantic Medical Group and previously operated as Senior Vice President of Physician Enterprise. With over two decades of experience, Steven has been a practicing cardiologist since 2001 and has previously held leadership roles, including Co-Chair of Atlantic Medical Group and Chief of Cardiology at Overlook Medical Center, focusing on clinical integration and performance improvement. Steven's military service includes 13 years in the U.S. Navy as an Internist and Cardiologist, achieving the rank of Commander. Education includes training at the National Naval Medical Center and Georgetown University Medical Center.
