Pamela Ross (Morgan) is the founder of Atlantic Human Resource Advisors, LLC, a human resources consulting firm established in 2002 that specializes in administration and compliance, leveraging best practices from numerous companies across the nation. Prior to founding Atlantic Human Resource Advisors, Pamela served as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton New York from 1999 to 2002, Omni Shoreham from 1997 to 1999, and Doubletree Hotel from 1990 to 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing human resource departments across various locations including Boston, Virginia, and Chicago. Pamela's educational background includes studies at Bentley University from 1980 to 1983 and Post College from 1979 to 1980, alongside attendance at Watertown High School.
