Andressa Gutierrez

Andressa Gutierrez is an experienced Program Manager who has worked in various roles in organizations such as Atlantic Marine Energy Center, Sohre Turbomachinery, WorldFish, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Keene State College, Asian Development Bank, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, and National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) - Philippines. Andressa holds a MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, and a BS in Fisheries, Marine Fisheries from the University of the Philippines.
