Fabrício Pacheco Cavalcanti is a seasoned mining manager with extensive experience in the mining sector, currently serving as Gerente de Mina at Atlantic Nickel since March 2022, overseeing open-pit operations, planning, geology, geotechnics, and mine controls. Fabrício led a team of 1,500 personnel, managed contracts exceeding 30 million R$/month, and implemented satellite and robotic monitoring for geotechnical controls. Previously, Fabrício held managerial roles at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional and Grupo Cornélio Brennand, focusing on operational management, health and safety, budget oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.
