Dana Greenly has extensive experience in health and safety management. Dana is currently serving as the Director of Health & Safety at Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd., where they are responsible for creating and overseeing health and safety protocols for the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Mars, where they led the site's safety and environmental strategy. Dana has also worked as a Manager of Health and Safety at Purdue Pharma Canada and as a Consultant and Ergonomist at Workplace Safety & Prevention Services. Earlier in their career, Dana held leadership roles in health and safety at Toronto Star, Southam Inc., Ford Electronics Manufacturing Corporation, and the Federal Government of Canada.
Dana Greenly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, studying from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1993, they became a Canadian Registered Safety Professional after completing the requirements set by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals. In 2014, Dana acquired the certification of Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist from the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists. Recently, in January 2020, they completed two courses on LinkedIn: "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" and "Managing Stress for Positive Change."
