Dr. Chathuri (CJ) Yatawara has a diverse work experience in various roles. Chathuri (CJ) is currently serving as the Director - APA Medical at Atlantic Partners Asia since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Fellow at the National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore from January 2016 to August 2021. Chathuri (CJ) also worked as a Clinical Director at My Little Einstein from 2011 to December 2015. Dr. Yatawara's previous experience includes working as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Research Assistant at the University of Sydney from 2009 to 2014, where they conducted a world-first clinical trial investigating the safety and efficacy of oxytocin treatment for improving social impairments in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, they served as a Senior Behavioral Consultant at Lizard Children's Centre from 2008 to 2010.

Chathuri (CJ) Yatawara, PhD attended the Singapore-Stanford Byers Centre for Biodesign in 2021, where they completed a Biodesign Bootcamp. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Brain and Mind Sciences from the University of Sydney between 2009 and 2014. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Macquarie University. Earlier in their educational journey, CJ received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Sydney from 2004 to 2007.
