Jim Goldfarb

Jim Goldfarb has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Jim started their career at Emerson Professionals, Inc. as an Account Manager from 1995 to 1998. Jim then joined Eden Staffing as an IT Manager from 1998 to 2001. After that, they worked at Spherion Staffing and Recruiting as a Senior Account Manager from 2001 to 2003. Jim then joined Atlantic Partners Corporation, where they held various roles. Jim initially served as the Director of Recruiting from 2003 to 2014, overseeing the organization's recruiting functions. From 2014 onwards, they served as the Senior Vice President, responsible for operational sales and recruiting management, client and vendor management, and executive account management.

Jim Goldfarb attended Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of study.
