Robert Zlotnick, Ph.D. has been the President/Executive Director at Atlantic Prevention Resources since August 1995. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the addiction treatment and prevention agency, including writing and administering grants and contracts. Additionally, Robert has served as an Adjunct at Stockton University from January 2010 to June 2016, and as the Acting Executive Director at Ensign John Elliott HERO Campaign for Designated Drivers from January 2002 to January 2014. He also has experience as a Program Director at Southwest Council and as a DARE/PACT Program Peer Counselor at Temple University. Robert's educational background includes earning a Ph.D. in Psycho-Educational Processes from Temple University in 2001.
