Robert Zlotnick, Ph.D. has been the President/Executive Director at Atlantic Prevention Resources since August 1995. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the addiction treatment and prevention agency, including writing and administering grants and contracts. Robert's educational background includes earning a Ph.D. in Psycho-Educational Processes from Temple University in 2001.

APR is a community-based, non-profit agency dedicated to the prevention of the harm caused by substance use and violence (gun violence, school violence and bullying). APR offers substance use prevention programs for youth and adults, including: tobacco prevention programs in 7 Counties in Southern NJ; an Atlantic County underage drinking prevention coalition and a local coalition to prevent drug use in youth and young adults; the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program; the Strengthening Families Program (for military families and all families); Life Skills Training; a wellness program for senior adults; and many other programs. APR also operates an outpatient addiction treatment program for adults.
