Monique Nussbaum

Monique Nussbaum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the property management and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning and Development and General Manager at KW Property Management and Consulting since November 2021, Monique previously held the position of General Manager at FirstService Residential from April 2018 to January 2022. Monique's career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Monique worked as the Director of Residences from May 2001 to April 2018. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Florida and has also pursued food and beverage studies through a study abroad program at Université La Sorbonne.
