Kecia Tomlin

Kecia Tomlin has a solid work history in the construction and development industry. Kecia most recently worked at Atlantic Residential, starting as a Development Manager in March 2018 and eventually progressing to become a Director of Development in January 2022. Kecia then assumed the position of Senior Director of Development - Atlanta in April 2023. Prior to their time at Atlantic Residential, Kecia worked at North American Properties as an Assistant Project Manager from January 2017 to March 2018. Before that, they served as a Project Manager at Davis Development from May 2015 to December 2016. Kecia also held the role of Project Manager at Prestwick Construction Company from September 2012 to November 2014, at Classic Plains Construction from September 2010 to September 2012, and at Lane Realty Construction from January 2007 to December 2009.

Kecia Tomlin completed their education with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration in 2003. Kecia went on to pursue a Master's of Science in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2006.
