Mitzi Jones has extensive experience in the construction and development industry. Starting in 2002, they worked as the Director of Design Services at Place Properties, where they managed a team of architects and engineers and oversaw the design process for multiple projects. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Vice President of Design/Feasibility Services at Lane Company, where they built a feasibility and design team and conducted market studies. Mitzi then worked at Hendessi & Associates, LLC as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2006. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Senior Project Manager at Leapley Construction / LCG/CI, responsible for managing a large corporate client's general contracting contract. Mitzi then joined Malone Construction Company from 2013 to 2015 as the Director of the Commercial Division/Project Manager. Lastly, they have been with Atlantic Residential since 2015, starting as a Development Manager and progressing to Director of Development and Senior Director of Development. In their current role as the Managing Director of Development, they oversee a team and manages the entire development process for multiple projects.
Mitzi Jones attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Architecture with a specialization in Building Construction.
