Kyle Hilberg

Kyle Hilberg has served as Permitting Lead at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC since April 2021, following a significant tenure at Shell from July 2015, where roles included Permitting Lead for Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC and Offshore Installation Lead for multiple projects such as the Barracuda Project and the Starfish Infill Drilling Project. In these positions, Kyle Hilberg was responsible for overseeing the engineering, planning, and safe installation of subsea pipeline infrastructure, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality metrics. Earlier experience includes Riser Engineer roles focused on design and analysis of risers in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as engineering internships at EVRAZ North America. Kyle Hilberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with Mechanical and Electrical Specialties from the Colorado School of Mines in 2015.
