Michael Swanson

Michael Swanson currently serves as the Lead Planning Engineer at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, extensive experience was accumulated at Shell between August 2005 and July 2022, where Michael held various titles including Sr. Project Planner and Cost Engineering, Pennsylvania Chemical - Sr. Lead Planner, and Project Control Manager for Convent, Louisiana. Additional roles at Shell included leadership in the Stone Project and oversight of GOM Brownfield projects. Earlier in Michael's career, positions included Project Control Specialist at The Dow Chemical Company from May 2000 to August 2005, and Project Control Specialist at Valero Energy Corporation from May 1992 to May 2000. Educational background includes studies at South Central Louisiana Technical College-River Parishes Campus.
