Jonathan Heckel

Jonathan (Jon) Heckel is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and learning development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Atlantic Union Bank since 2018, Jonathan focuses on recruiting top talent for mid-to-senior enterprise leadership roles in a high-growth environment. Previously, Jonathan co-founded Bench, Inc., providing staffing and recruitment services, and held various roles at Capital One from 2001 to 2012, including Director of Bank Learning and Learning Consultant, where Jonathan contributed to significant learning initiatives and HR support. Joshua's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Staffmark and Bank of America, emphasizing recruiting, learning development, and performance management.
