Paula Tignor

Paula Tignor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and training within the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Benefits at Atlantic Union Bank since August 2006, Paula oversees the company's benefit strategy, managing health insurance, wellness programs, 401(k), ESOP, and various leave plans. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Vice President for Education & Training at the Virginia Bankers Association from 1994 to 2006, where responsibilities included organizing conferences and serving as a staff liaison to the HR Committee. Earlier in career, Paula worked at the Virginia League of Savings Institutions as Member Relations, coordinating seminars and communications while also managing benefits billing.
