Felicia Banks

Felicia Banks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at AtlantiCare since May 2024, Felicia previously held multiple roles at Diversified Search Group, including Writer for Executive and Corporate Communications and Vice President of Corporate Communications. Felicia's experience also encompasses a tenure at Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District in Human Resources and a long-standing position at AtlantiCare, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate communications and managing internal communications for a significant employee base. Felicia holds a Master of Business Administration from Stockton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from New Mexico State University.
