Heather Kinnear

Heather Kinnear has a significant amount of experience in the field of human resources. Heather worked as the Director of Human Resources at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa from 2015 to present, where they oversaw various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Prior to that, they held roles at Caesars Entertainment, including Director of HR Shared Services from 2010 to 2015 and Director of Compensation & Benefits from 2007 to 2009. Heather also worked at Harrah's Lake Tahoe as a Training/Compensation Manager from 1999 to 2007.

Heather Kinnear attended the University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1995, where they pursued a combination of Journalism and Art History. In 2000, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. During their time at the University, they studied Statistics and Human Resources. Heather later returned to the University of Phoenix in 2014 and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Project Management.
