Derrick Menezes

Derrick Menezes has a diverse range of experience in the hospitality industry. Derrick is currently serving as the Director of Back of House Operations at Atlantis Dubai. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Resort Stewarding at Atlantis The Palm. Derrick also worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as a Complex Back of House Manager, overseeing multiple properties. Before that, they were an Area Back of House Manager and Back of House Manager at Intercontinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City. Derrick has also held managerial positions at Sofitel Luxury Hotels Abu Dhabi Corniche, Movenpick Hotel & Resort Kuwait and Convention Centre Royal Suites Hotel & Spa, Le Meridien Kuwait Hotel & Le Meridien Tower Kuwait/Starwood Hotels & Resorts worldwide, Alor Hotels and Resorts, and Alor Holiday Resort.

Derrick Menezes attended Cornell University from 2016 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Hospitality Administration. Prior to that, they studied at Goa University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Microbiology with a focus on Microbiology Food Science.
