George Njuguna

George Njuguna has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Supervisor of Cluster Restaurant Reservations at Atlantis Resorts since December 2016. In this role since 2022, George oversees reservation operations for both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis, The Royal, ensuring optimal guest experiences. Prior to this, George worked as a Guest Services Agent, managing guest interactions and assisting with restaurant reservations, and as a Sales Agent specializing in reservation management. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Customer Relations Representative at East African Breweries PLC, where effective communication and problem-solving skills were crucial in managing customer inquiries and maintaining client relationships. George holds a degree from the University of Nairobi.
