Padou Kabchi

Padou Kabchi is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Hotel Operations at Atlantis Resorts since January 2024. Prior to this, Padou held various leadership roles at MGM Resorts International from December 2009 to December 2023, including Director of Hotel Operations, Front Office Manager, M life Desk Manager, and Assistant Executive Housekeeper, overseeing the cleanliness and management of 1,133 guest rooms and a large team of staff. Padou also served as Assistant Hotel Manager, managing a significant inventory of guest accommodations and reporting to the Director of Hotel Operations. Padou holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute, completed in 2022.
