Sushil Thapa

Sushil Thapa is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Chef de Partie at Restaurant FZN by Björn Frantzén at Atlantis Resorts since September 2024, Sushil previously held positions at The Arts Club Dubai and returned to Atlantis Resorts as a Chef at Ossiano. Early career experiences include working as a Demi Chef De Partie in the pre-opening of Le Royal Méridien Doha and a Commi Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, notably at the Nobu restaurant. Sushil commenced the culinary journey as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Hotels, gaining comprehensive training across various departments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute Of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Guwahati.
