Carol Palacios

Carol Palacios is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as a Higher Education Commissioner for the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) since July 2017. Simultaneously, Carol has been the Executive Director of Atlantis University since 2007, overseeing the administration and implementation of policies at the institution, which offers a range of degree and non-degree programs in Business, Technology, Healthcare, and Engineering both in-campus and online. Carol also has prior experience as an Administrator at Tecnológico UNIR from 2002 to 2005 and as a Stock Broker at Bancolombia from 2001 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an MBA from AISM Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a degree in International Business from the University of Kansas - International Program in Italy.
