Marcel Klimczak

Marcel Klimczak is the Owner and Founder of Quest - Training & Consulting since October 2001, specializing in HR processes and project management, client education, and training program design. With extensive experience in consulting, Marcel has developed competence models, recruitment frameworks, and performance appraisal standards while managing key accounts and project teams. Prior to this, Marcel served as a Training Supervisor and Senior Trainer at Incontext Polska from 1994 to 2001, and worked as a Market Research Officer at Unilever Polska in 1993-1994. Early career experience includes coordinating for the American Peace Corps in 1993. Marcel holds a Master of Arts degree from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, completed in 1989.
