James Dudgeon (Jim)

James (Jim) Dudgeon currently serves as an Automation Specialist at Atlas Aerospace, where responsibilities include using automated metrology equipment for quality assurance of aerospace components and developing measurement guides to enhance training efficiency. Prior to this role, James dedicated two decades to the US Navy, progressing from Cabin Crew and Avionics Technician to Program Manager overseeing various safety and training programs. James also served as a Training Program Manager at the Navy Rescue Swimmer School, leading extensive training courses and managing significant budgets. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, James also holds an Associate of Science in the same field.
