Doug McKeen

Douglas McKeen currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Labor Relations at Atlas Air since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Of Counsel at FordHarrison LLP and as a Senior Labor Relations Consultant at F&H Solutions Group. McKeen held the position of Senior Vice President of Labor Relations at United Airlines, overseeing the development and execution of labor strategies and the negotiation of labor agreements. Other key positions include SVP of Employee Relations and Communications at ASTAR Air Cargo, Executive Vice President at Eclat Consulting, and Vice President of Labor Relations at both US Airways and America West Airlines. McKeen began a long tenure in labor relations at Northwest Airlines, serving in various capacities for 14 years. Douglas McKeen earned a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Iowa.
