Michael Weymer

Michael Weymer is a highly experienced pilot with extensive expertise in air cargo and passenger transport operations. Currently serving as a Captain and Line Check Pilot for Atlas Air since June 2010, Michael oversees various operations, including heavy and express freight, private charters, and high-density and VIP passenger flying on the Boeing 767. Previous experience includes roles as a First Officer on the Boeing 747-400/-8 at Atlas Air and as a First Officer and Second Officer on the Douglas DC-8 at ASTAR Air Cargo, among others. Michael began a career in aviation with positions at Casino Express and Arizona Airways, following a solid educational foundation in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate's Degree in Aviation Technology from Cochise College.
