Miriam Soave

Miriam Soave is a seasoned professional in benefits and compensation management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Benefits and Compensation at Atlas Air, Inc. since September 2009. Previously, Soave held the position of Director of Benefits at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings from 2009 to 2013 and served as Director of Benefits at Ciba from December 1983 to September 2009. Soave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from the University of Mount Saint Vincent, completed between 1982 and 1989.
