Noah Kreischer M.ed.

Noah Kreischer M.Ed. is a highly experienced professional in the fields of training program management and instructional design, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) at Atlas Air since February 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and regulatory compliance of training programs for flight crews. Prior to this role, Noah held various positions at TiER1 Performance Solutions from 2012 to 2024, culminating in the role of Principal, Service Delivery Director, and also played key roles in instructional design and consulting for major US airlines, leading multimillion-dollar projects. Noah's earlier career includes experience as an adjunct faculty member, an information technology analyst at the University of Cincinnati, and academic technology specialist, alongside a solid educational background with a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in International Business.
