Sara Felder

Sara Felder is the Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Atlas Air. Sara previously worked as an Associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. from September 2007 to August 2012. Sara has represented public and private companies in a variety of industries including telecommunications, media, life sciences, energy, fashion and financial services with respect to private and public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, venture capital transactions and general corporate law.

Sara Felder attended Emory University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied political science and Spanish. Sara then attended Brooklyn Law School for their JD.
