Asad Saleem has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Group Head of Compliance & Operational Risk at Atlas Bank Limited since April 2008, where responsibilities include developing a compliance framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and international best practices. Prior to this role, Asad served as Senior Vice President at NIB Bank, where efforts focused on revamping risk management processes. At Allied Bank Limited, Asad held the position of Vice President and was instrumental in establishing the bank's Risk Management Division while drafting key risk management policies. Earlier experience at the State Bank of Pakistan as Assistant Director involved assessing financial support requests and monitoring the risk profiles of commercial banks and merger proposals.
