Ashley Silver

Ashley Silver is the CEO and Founder of Atlas Carbon, a company that helps graziers integrate carbon projects into their businesses. Ashley specializes in building soil carbon. Before starting Atlas Carbon in 2021, Ashley worked as a Principal and Venture GM at BCG Digital Ventures from 2017 to 2022. Ashley also co-founded elovee in 2018 and served as the Interim CEO, using technology to deliver personalized support to populations with cognitive challenges. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2015 to 2017. Ashley has also held roles as an Innovation Program Lead at Cardno Emerging Markets USA Ltd. in 2012, a Business Incubator Program Lead and Funding Coordinator at Solimar International from 2008 to 2012, a Venture Development Project Manager at the Central American Solar Energy Project from 2007 to 2008, and a Financial Analyst, FIG Research at SNL Financial from 2006 to 2007.

Ashley Silver holds a Certificate in Big Data and Social Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IMD in 2014. Ashley completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, where they obtained a BA in Economics, a BA in Foreign Affairs, and a Minor in French.
