Josh Dye

Josh Dye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh began their career in 2007 as an IT professional at Johnson Memorial Hospital. Josh then worked as a Salesman at Ramey Automotive before transitioning to the role of Senior Systems Technician at Computer & Network Specialties in 2008. In 2010, Josh joined Sprint as a Sales Consultant and also established their own business, D Squared Computing, where they served as the Owner and Technician. In the same year, they joined U.S. Cellular as a Senior Systems Engineer. Josh's most recent role was at Atlas Copco, where they have held various positions since 2014. Josh started as a Global Infrastructure Engineer and then became a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of the Symantec Management Platform and SCCM infrastructure. Currently, they serve as the IT Operations Team Lead, overseeing operations and providing senior-level support and solutions.

Josh Dye's education history includes attending Southwest Virginia Community College. Josh started in 2000 with a focus on Computer Science, but the degree obtained is unspecified. In 2002, they studied Cisco, and from 2004 to 2006, they pursued an Associates degree in General Studies/Science. In 2006, they participated in the Software Development - Fast Track Bachelors Program but did not complete a degree. Additionally, Josh Dye has obtained various certifications in leadership, IT, and cloud architecture from LinkedIn, with the latest certification being CPR & AED from the American Red Cross in February 2021.
