Markus Ließmann

Markus Ließmann has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Markus started their career in 1998 with HYDRO ALUMINIUM ROLLED PRODUCTS LIMITED, where they underwent training in Anlagen Elektronik. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Projektabwicklung at Coatema before becoming the Abteilungsteiter Auftragsabwicklung at Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH from 2006 to 2008. Markus then joined Voith Paper as an Entwicklungsingenieur from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Projektmanager at Leybold from 2011 until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering Core Combinations at Atlas Copco since 2018.

Markus Ließmann has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Automatisierungstechnik from the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Prior to this, they completed a vocational training as an Energieelektroniker between 1998 and 2001. Markus later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering (M.Eng.) in Automatisierungstechnik from the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 2008 to 2011.
