Norman Fritz has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Norman joined Atlas Copco in 2017 and currently serves as the Vice President Marketing in the General Industry Division. Prior to this role, they held the position of Business Line Manager at Atlas Copco, where they managed the sales and project team for the automotive industry in the Nordics. During their time at Atlas Copco, they also worked as the Global Marketing Manager Assembly and Business Manager for both the Assembly and Offroad divisions.
Before joining Atlas Copco, Norman worked at Bosch, where they served as a Senior Key Account Manager from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Bosch China as a Senior Manager for Project Management Purchasing and later as a Senior Manager for Purchasing Engineering. Norman initially started their career at Bosch as a Management Assistant and later became a Senior Buyer.
With their diverse experience in management, marketing, sales, and purchasing, Norman has developed expertise in various industries and has demonstrated leadership skills in leading teams and driving business growth.
Norman Fritz attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Sciences with a focus on Finance and Investment. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Psychological Safety, Social Selling with LinkedIn, and Solution Sales from LinkedIn in various years.
