Ray Price

Ray Price has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ray started their career as an Industrial Engineering intern at Woven Electronics in 2013. In 2014, they completed a Purchasing/Supply Chain Internship at Atlas Copco, where they implemented a Kanban scheduling system and provided instructions to suppliers on shipping labels.

Ray then joined Acuity Brands in 2015 as a Supply Chain Leadership Program Specialist until 2017. During this time, they developed skills in supply chain management and program coordination.

Returning to Atlas Copco in 2017, Ray took on the role of Project Leader Purchasing, overseeing the purchasing operations for a specific project. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Business Process Engineer, focusing on improving business process efficiencies and developing tools to measure progress using Access, Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Ray was recently promoted to the position of Business Process Engineering Team Lead in 2022, leading a team in driving process improvements.

Ray Price obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, completing their education from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications over the years, including the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in 2021 and the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis Level 2 (CCBA) from IIBA in October 2020.
