Ruben de Boeck

Ruben De Boeck has extensive work experience in the field of tax and law. Ruben currently serves as the Head of Tax Benelux at Atlas Copco since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Tax Manager at Ahold Delhaize in 2016 and at Delhaize Group from 2009 to 2016. Ruben also worked as a Manager International Tax at Deloitte from 2005 to 2009. Before this, they gained experience as a Tax Lawyer at Stibbe, where they handled various tax-related work and litigation cases. Ruben also worked as a Practice Assistant at KU Leuven, assisting a professor in teaching, coaching, and conducting research. Additionally, they had a brief summer trainee position at Allen & Overy in 2001.

Ruben De Boeck completed a Master's degree in Tax Law at KU Leuven from 2001 to 2002. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven, which they pursued from 1995 to 2001. Ruben also completed a Bachelor's degree in Canon Law from KU Leuven between 1997 and 1999. In addition, they obtained a Diploma in the Philosophical Academy from KU Leuven in the year 1996-1997. Ruben began their education at Sint-Maartensinstituut Aalst, where they completed Latin-Sciences (fifth and sixth grade) from 1994 to 1996.
